1. Who we are

This Privacy Notice explains how SocialPostMockup (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use socialmockup.online.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google user ID, name, and email address from Google.
  • Studio content. Post text, profile name, headline, handle, avatars, screenshots, Brand Kit colors, and scheduled posts you save.
  • Usage data. Download counts, platform chosen, timestamps, and a guest identifier stored in your browser so we can apply free-tier limits.
  • Payment data. If you buy Premium, Paddle processes your payment. We receive confirmation that a purchase succeeded and related customer identifiers. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical data. Browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and analytics events from our hosting and analytics providers.

3. How we use information

  • operate the studio, save Brand Kits, and show your calendar;
  • enforce free-tier limits and remove watermarks for Premium users;
  • authenticate you with Google and keep you signed in;
  • process Premium purchases and fulfill the paid features;
  • understand usage, fix bugs, and keep the Service secure;
  • comply with legal obligations and respond to support requests.

4. Legal bases

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we process information to perform a contract with you, with your consent (for example Google sign-in), for legitimate interests such as security and product improvement, and to meet legal duties.

5. Sharing

We share information with service providers that help us run the Service:

  • Supabase — authentication and database storage;
  • Paddle — payment processing and Merchant of Record for Premium;
  • Google — sign-in;
  • Vercel — hosting, logs, and analytics.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service and its users.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in, remember a guest session, and apply usage limits. Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies. You can clear site data in your browser; this may sign you out or reset guest limits.

7. Retention

Account, Brand Kit, and saved post data are kept while your account is active. Payment records are retained as required for accounting and by Paddle. You may ask us to delete your account data by emailing us.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. To make a request, email hello@socialmockup.online.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States, the European Economic Area, and other countries. Where required, they use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
