Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SocialPostMockup at socialmockup.online (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

SocialPostMockup lets you design mockups of LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram posts and export PNG images. Free use is limited. Signing in with Google and purchasing Premium may unlock additional features, including watermark-free exports, Brand Kit saving, and calendar tools.

The Service creates mockups for design and preview purposes. It is not affiliated with LinkedIn, X, or Instagram, and exported images are not real posts published to those platforms.

3. Accounts

You may use a limited guest experience without an account. Some features require signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• create content that is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive;
• impersonate another person or organization in a way that is misleading or harmful;
• upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service;
• scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Service beyond normal use;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms were violated.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of text, images, avatars, and other materials you submit. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content so we can operate the Service (for example, saving posts, Brand Kits, and downloads). You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and use that content.

6. Payments and Premium

Paid upgrades are processed by Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for those purchases. Paddle handles checkout, billing, taxes, and related customer billing inquiries. By buying Premium you also agree to Paddle’s checkout terms presented at payment.

Premium features are described in the product at the time of purchase. Free-tier limits, watermarks, and feature availability may change.

7. Refunds

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Mockups may differ from how posts appear on third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for Premium in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50 if you have not paid.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
